Exploring Future Job Market Pathways: DIGEM Toolkit Co-Development Workshop

In what ways can we better prepare adults for an evolving Danish labour market shaped by the green transition, digitalisation, and AI?

The green transition and the accelerating adoption of digital technologies and AI are transforming the Danish labour market, creating new opportunities while also increasing the demand for new skills. As a result, there is a growing need to better equip job seekers, adults, and employment professionals with knowledge and tools needed to navigate this evolving landscape.

To help address this challenge, the DIGEM Erasmus+ project (Digital & Green Employability for Adults) is developing an interactive toolkit that strengthens AI literacy, green competences, and digital wellbeing.

Join us for an interactive co-development workshop where you'll explore and test the DIGEM Toolkit alongside adult educators, employment professionals, job seekers, and digital and green skills experts. Through collaborative discussions and hands-on activities, you'll help refine the toolkit by sharing your insights, experiences, and feedback, ensuring it responds to the realities of the Danish labour market and the needs of its future users.
